Responsibilities

• Advance student learning through the use of clearly stated objectives, varied instructional strategies, sequential lessons, and relevant measurable outcomes.
• Ensure that accommodations for students with IEPs and 504s enable students to meet high expectations.
• Integrate technology regularly in daily/weekly lesson plans.
• Communicate high standards and expectations; design lessons with clear goals aligned with MA Curriculum Frameworks.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student attendance and performance; assess and provide feedback.
• Employ a balanced approach to teaching skills and concepts; use a variety of teaching strategies.
• Participate in curriculum design and school-wide activities.
