Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Instructs secondary students using lectures and demonstrations per JROTC curriculum.
• Assigns lessons; assesses student progress and reports results to parents.
• Prepares and administers tests to evaluate pupil progress and grades.
• Maintains cadet records, supplies, and uniforms as required.
• Counsels students on academic and behavioral progress.
• Organizes and participates in Booster Club activities and drills.
• Meets with parents to discuss pupil progress and participates in professional meetings.
• Plans a summer cadet program and coordinates statewide drill/ceremony events.
