Qualifications

• Must meet U.S. Army JROTC instructor requirements.
• Retired or retiring Army personnel eligible for retired pay.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred/required.
• Minimum GT score of 100 on ASVAB or as required by JROTC regulations.
• Physically qualified per JROTC standards.

Responsibilities

• Instruct cadets in the Army JROTC curriculum during the school year.
• Develop long- and short-range instructional plans to reach goals.
• Create a classroom environment that fosters leadership and discipline.
• Maintain cadet records and program documentation.
• Organize extracurricular JROTC activities and events.
• Ensure cadet safety and a positive learning environment.
