Reworld Waste in West Wareham, MA is seeking a Shift Supervisor - 2nd Class Engineer to direct shift leadership and ensure safe operation of the steam plant, boilers, turbines, and related systems.

The ideal candidate holds a Massachusetts Second Class Engineer License and has at least three years of supervisory or engineering experience in power generation or heavy industry. The role requires working in an industrial plant with physical demands and safety compliance.

Location : West Wareham, MA

Primary Focus: Direct shift leadership and safe operation of the steam plant, including boilers, turbines, fuel-processing systems, electric-generating equipment, maintenance clearances, emergency response, environmental compliance, and employee development.

Required or Preferred Background: Massachusetts Second Class Engineer License required; minimum three years of supervisory or engineering experience in power generation, utility operations, Thermomechanical Treatment, resource recovery, marine engineering, or another heavy-industrial environment.

Schedule / Work Environment: Rotating shift schedule; industrial plant environment; climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights and in confined spaces, and wearing a full-face respirator.

Salary Range: $108,900-$155,600
Sign On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for qualified candidates
