Title: Jr. Systems Engineer
Reports to: Client Technology Manager

We are seeking a Jr. Systems Engineer to join our rapidly growing organization. This is a highly technical role providing excellent career development opportunities for the successful candidate. You will be working with Systems Engineers and Sr. Systems Engineers in a very collaborative environment which allows for very quick technical growth.

The ideal Jr. Systems Engineer will possess at least 1 year of IT Experience (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, Systems Administration) and should have the following qualifications:

1. End User Support / Desktop Support: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, desktop, and mobile device troubleshooting
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, responsibility, and follow-through
3. Support of primarily Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD)
4. Systems Administration: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms as well as Active Directory, Group Policy
5. Basic understanding of networking concepts
6. Periodic travel to customer office locations within the metropolitan area will be required

The following qualifications will make you stand out as a candidate:

1. Financial industry experience including familiarity with market vendor applications: Bloomberg, Thompson Reuters, FactSet, CapIQ
2. Experience working in an MSP environment
3. Support of Sophos or similar product for endpoint threat management
4. Basic understanding of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
5. Experience utilizing the ConnectWise suite of products
6. Experience with vendors such as Google Workspace, Box, Dropbox, Duo, Okta, AirWatch

Work Location Statement: This is a remote/work from home position until such a time as we have a San Francisco office.
