The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, personable Level 1 Junior Systems Administrator to serve as the primary front-line support for our clients. You will be the face and voice of CETech—handling incoming requests via phone, email, and chat, while delivering a "Wow" customer experience.

While centered in our Rochester office, this role occasionally involves local on-site client visits across the Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse areas. A company vehicle is provided for all work-related travel.
