LifeSecure Insurance Company in Michigan seeks a Jr. System Administrator to support day-to-day IT infrastructure and helpdesk operations. You will perform Tier 1/2 support, user provisioning, Windows and Azure administration, and participate in IT projects to keep services stable and secure.
The role requires an Associate Degree in IT or related field and 3+ years of help desk and systems administration experience. A Microsoft Certified Professional or higher is preferred.

Associate Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred 3+ years of general help desk and systems administration support experience is required
Microsoft Certified Professional or above preferred
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
