Our client is a growing food and beverage company looking for a Junior Supply Chain Manager to help support and scale its end-to-end supply chain operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on supply chain professional to join a growing CPG organization and gain exposure across procurement, demand planning, inventory management, production, logistics, and retail fulfillment. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can change quickly. This person will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, co‑manufacturers, 3PLs, and retail partners to ensure products are available when and where they are needed.

Job Details
- Support day‑to‑day end‑to‑end supply chain operations, from purchasing raw materials through production, warehousing, and customer fulfillment.
- Manage and track purchase orders, supplier confirmations, production schedules, and inbound shipments.
- Assist with demand forecasting and inventory planning to maintain appropriate inventory levels and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Monitor inventory across warehouses and 3PL partners and identify potential shortages, overstock, and aging inventory.
- Coordinate with co‑manufacturers and suppliers to ensure production schedules align with forecasted demand.
- Partner with Procurement to monitor raw material availability, lead times, MOQs, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Work closely with 3PL partners to troubleshoot fulfillment, inventory, receiving, and shipping issues.
- Help manage inventory allocation across DTC, wholesale, and retail channels.
- Support new product launches by coordinating inventory requirements, production timelines, packaging, and initial product builds.
- Maintain accurate supply chain data, including SKUs, lead times, inventory levels, forecasts, purchase orders, and supplier information.
- Build and maintain reporting around inventory, service levels, purchase orders, production, and supply chain KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, inventory turns, order fulfillment, and overall supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product Development.
- Assist with resolving supply disruptions, delayed shipments, production issues, and other operational challenges.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory planning, demand planning, or operations, preferably within food & beverage or CPG.
- Experience working with co‑manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses, and/or 3PLs.
- Understanding of inventory management, purchase orders, forecasting, production planning, and logistics.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large amounts of data.
- Experience with an ERP, inventory management, or supply chain planning system preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
