Power Engineering Services, LLC seeks Electrical Apparatus & Relay Technicians for large-scale data center construction and commissioning in West Texas. 1–2+ years of hands-on testing in power systems, electrical apparatus, relay protection, and commissioning is required.

The role demands 60+ hour weeks with paid hotel and per diem options. Ideal candidates will have field experience testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical distribution equipment, and be capable of

Electrical Apparatus & Relay Technician - Data Center Projects (West Texas)

We have immediate openings for experienced Electrical Apparatus and Relay Technicians to support large-scale Data Center construction and commissioning projects in West Texas. We are seeking motivated technicians with 1-2+ years of hands-on testing experience in power systems, electrical apparatus, relay protection, and commissioning activities.

This is a high-hours opportunity with a consistent work schedule of 6 days per week, 10 hours per day. Compensation includes paid hotel accommodations and per diem, or a higher straight per diem option, depending on the assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NETA Acceptance and Maintenance Testing
• Familiarity with SEL relays and power system protection
• Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams, schematics, and relay settings files
• Experience working in mission-critical facilities, substations, industrial plants, or data centers
• OSHA 10, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or NETA certifications are highly desirable
• Ability to travel and work extended schedules
