Job summary

Siemens Fort Worth is hiring a Jr. SAP Data Analyst to work on-site to validate virtual actions in SAP, support the physical manufacturing process, and collaborate with nearby colleagues to keep data aligned with production realities.

You will own SAP Material Master Data and Production Planning modules, with familiarity in SD and FI, contribute to the manufacturing value chain, and analyze data deficiencies to drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering.
• Internship: 2 years using SAP WM, MM, PP modules with understanding of Material Master Tabs.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update plant-level material master data.
• Own SAP Material Master Data (MM) and Production Planning (PP) modules.
• Familiar with Sales & Distribution (SD) and Financial Accounting (FI) modules.

SiemensFort Worthfacility is hiring and growing a brand-new facility that will produce high-quality, engineered and make-to-order switchboard.Here you will work in a modern, dynamic factory environment, where we increasingly rely on artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize production processes and drive innovation.We are looking for an Jr. SAP Data Analysttowork on-site to validate virtual actions in SAP, support the physical manufacturing process, and collaborate with other on-site colleagues.

You will make an impact by:

• Maintaining and updates plant-level material master data while coordinating corrective actions by production/planning, support functions, and other plants regarding their respective master data components.
• Owning and managing SAP Material Master Data (MM) and Production Planning (PP) modules; and a familiarity with Sales & Distribution (SD) and Financial Accounting (FI) modules
• Experience with the manufacturing value-chain, to include fabrication [and be able to relate these concepts to virtual processes within SAP].
• Understanding and making changes to networking, configuration/use of peripherals, basic computer hardware
• Analyzing, evaluating, prioritizing and solving master data deficiencies that have operational impacts; able to articulate the impact to process owners and drive changes to reduce future deficiencies

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; background in Industrial Engineering Industrial Distribution, CompSci, or Systems Engineering. Vocationally trained and experienced (semi-) professional positions with extensive knowledge of a range of specific processes and systems could be substituted for bachelor’s degree. Similarly, 2-years manufacturing experience with basic knowledge in a technical field could be a substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Interniship - 2 years of experience using one or more of the following SAP WM, MM, PP modules and a medium to high understanding of Material Master Tabs; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

The pay range for this position is $50,337 - $105,509 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
