You will work under mentorship, contribute to API design, implement tests with RSpec/Jest/TestCafe, manage CI/CD with BuildKite, and deploy to AWS. Strong communication and ability to handle multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience with Ruby on Rails, React/Redux, HAML and Clojure.
• Solid testing knowledge with RSpec, Jest, and TestCafe.
• Proficiency with Git, JIRA, and BuildKite for CI/CD.
• Experience deploying to AWS and working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize tasks.
• Develop and maintain scalable codebase using Ruby on Rails, React/Redux, HAML, and Clojure.
• Implement and maintain testing frameworks (RSpec, Jest, TestCafe).
• Manage DevOps processes and pipelines using Git, JIRA, BuildKite, and Sidekiq.
• Deploy and manage applications in AWS environments.
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases to design and optimize data storage.
• Integrate CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 with existing applications.
• Lead the team in requirements understanding, user story creation, and estimation.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to delegate tasks and monitor progress.
