Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with Ruby on Rails, React/Redux, HAML and Clojure.
• Strong testing methodologies; experience with RSpec, Jest and TestCafe.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Git, JIRA and BuildKite.
• Experience in AWS environments and databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize tasks.
• Develop and maintain scalable code using Ruby on Rails, React/Redux, HAML, and Clojure.
• Implement and maintain testing frameworks (RSpec, Jest, TestCafe).
• Manage DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines with Git, JIRA, BuildKite and Sidekiq.
• Deploy and manage applications in AWS environments.
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL to design and optimize data storage.
• Integrate Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 with existing applications.
• Lead requirements understanding, user story creation, and estimation.
• Facilitate customer communication and reporting; ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to delegate tasks and monitor progress.
