Job summary

Agility Partners is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our early-career talent program supporting a major transformation in a B2B Insurance setting. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technical teams to translate needs into actionable requirements and reporting solutions, working onsite in Dublin, OH 4 days per week.

This is a hands-on role to grow skills in data and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related technical/business discipline.
• Approximately 6+ months of professional experience or relevant internship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Foundational understanding of data, reporting, or analytics concepts.
• Exposure to SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn.
• Strong business acumen and professional presence.
• Local to Columbus and able to work onsite in Dublin 4 days per week.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support technical scoping and requirements gathering across data and reporting initiatives
• Partner with business and technical teams to serve as a liaison between stakeholder needs and technical execution
• Assist with wireframing dashboards and reporting solutions
• Support consolidation and documentation of existing data and reporting assets
• Document requirements, processes, decisions, and technical deliverables
• Participate in stakeholder conversations and help translate business problems into clear requirements
• Support testing, validation, and delivery of new reporting capabilities
• Develop an understanding of the team’s data environment and tools, including SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake
• Present findings and project work to both technical and business audiences
• Work alongside experienced data professionals while developing your technical and business analysis capabilities
