Job summary

Arctiq is seeking a Network Engineering Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our enterprise network infrastructure in Las Vegas. You will lead the Network Engineering team, drive continual improvements, and ensure highly available connectivity across campus and data centers.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise networking, 3+ years of leadership, CCNP, and preferred CCIE/ACI/ISE/Ciena certs. On-site duties and after-hours support are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• CCNP Enterprise or equivalent required.
• CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, Cisco ACI, ISE, or Ciena certs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, QoS, multicast, VPN, and wireless networking.
• Extensive experience with Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, ACI, ISE, DNA Center, FMC, and Ciena technologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise WAN, Internet, and data center networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to work after hours during maintenance windows and critical incidents.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation, administration, and support of the enterprise network infrastructure.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Network Engineering team through coaching and evaluations.
• Execute network infrastructure projects approved by IT leadership, including upgrades and expansions.
• Maintain highly available campus, data center, WAN, Internet, wireless, and optical network connectivity.
• Oversee Cisco technologies including Catalyst, Nexus, ACI, ISE, DNA Center, FMC, and Ciena transport infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership during incident response and problem resolution.
• Develop and maintain network standards, diagrams, and procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance windows, change management, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with System Engineering, Security, and Application teams to support business initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and gaming regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This is an on-site position with one of Arctiq's clients in Las Vegas, NV.

Position Overview:

The Network Engineering Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation, administration, and continuous improvement of the enterprise network infrastructure. This role leads the Network Engineering team in delivering secure, highly available, and resilient networking services across the organization's campus and data center environments. Working closely with IT leadership and cross-functional teams, the manager oversees project execution, operational excellence, lifecycle management, and technical standards while ensuring reliable network services that support business-critical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation, administration, and support of the enterprise network infrastructure.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Network Engineering team through coaching, workload management, and performance evaluations.
• Execute network infrastructure projects approved by IT leadership, including upgrades, refreshes, and expansions.
• Maintain highly available campus, data center, WAN, Internet, wireless, and optical network connectivity.
• Oversee Cisco networking technologies including Catalyst, Nexus, ACI, DNA Center, ISE, Firepower, and Ciena transport infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership during complex incident response and problem resolution.
• Develop and maintain network standards, documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance windows, change management, firmware upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with System Engineering, Security, and Application teams to support business initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and gaming regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise network environments supporting 24x7 business operations across multiple data centers.
• Experience with network monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds.
• Experience supporting PCI-DSS, gaming regulatory, or other highly regulated environments.
• Previous experience working in a large-scale hospitality or entertainment environment.
