Our client, a reputable top AmLaw 100 firm and political law practice, is seeking a 2025 or 2026 class entry-level associate with 1-2 years of experience or a judicial clerk with 1-2 years of post-JD judicial clerkship experience to join its practice in Washington D.C. This associate will work as part of a collaborative team advising political organizations, nonprofit entities, businesses, and high-net-worth individuals on complex legal and regulatory matters related to navigating the political process at the federal, state, and local level.

What is considered a plus?

Prior experience working on a campaign, on Capitol Hill, working at a lobbying or advocacy firm, or in a state government, and/or experience with campaign finance law, lobbying disclosure and regulations, government ethics and gift rules.

The salary range for this position is $210,000 - $350,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience, qualifications and location.
