  • Schedule & Process Support: Assist in building and updating project schedules using tools like MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or Smartsheet across Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with maintenance, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to facilitate daily activities and track project milestones.
  • Process Mapping & Optimization: Support process documentation in Confluence and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean/Kaizen, root cause analysis).
  • System & Documentation Maintenance: Maintain precise records in project management and enterprise systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Maximo) while maintaining rigorous nuclear safety and quality standards.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
  • Technical Eye: Aptitude for reviewing technical drawings, verifying resource needs, and building structured work packages.
  • Planning Tools: Hands-on comfort with project software like Primavera P6, MS Project, or Jira, plus strong Excel skills.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Eagerness to learn plant processes, support Lean/Kaizen efforts, and work within enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle).
  • Team-Oriented Leadership: Experience guiding small team activities or projects is a welcome bonus.
  • On-Site Availability: Fully on-site commitment to collaborate directly with maintenance and operations teams.
