Job summary

You’ll work under Senior Planners, use MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or Smartsheet, coordinate cross‑functional activities, and help ensure on‑time, multi‑million‑dollar project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline.
• Ability to review drawings, procedures and specs and build basic work packages.
• Experience with project scheduling tools and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work packages and build schedules under supervision.
• Coordinate maintenance, engineering and operations activities.
• Verify scopes, resources and material availability.
• Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain records in project management and enterprise systems.
