Monarch Investment & Management Group in Williston, ND offers a Junior Maintenance Apprenticeship Program, a 6–14 week, full-time, on-site paid training. You’ll learn apartment and building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, safety, and using Yardi software while working on real properties.

Open to students in trade programs or recent graduates seeking a hands-on start in multifamily maintenance, with pre-employment screenings.

If you’re currently in a trade program, technical school, or certification track or recently completed one, this is your opportunity to step into real properties, real systems, and real responsibility alongside experienced professionals.

Who This Program Is For:

Program Details:

• Paid: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on location, experience and/or background)
• Tools: Property Maintenance Starter tools to use during the program that you get to keep if you are brought on full-time after apprenticeship!
• Length: 6-14 weeks
• Location: Available in select Monarch regions nationwide
• Hands-on skills demonstration required during the interview process
