Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring Apartment Maintenance Training Specialists to travel nationwide up to 75% of the time, delivering hands-on training in make-readies, appliance repair, plumbing, HVAC, and more. The role focuses on coaching new hires and elevating maintenance standards across 26 states.

You will lead training sessions, assess effectiveness, and stay current with Gracehill courses and certifications.

Competenze

• 4+ years of hands-on multifamily maintenance experience.
• CPO certification and EPA 608 certification (2+ years hands-on experience with each).
• Strong ability to explain repairs to brand-new tech and seasoned pro alike.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, travel required.

Monarch Investment and Management Group, “MIMG” is looking for a team of hands-on Maintenance Training Specialists to travel to our communities nationwide, teaching new and experienced maintenance technicians the skills, standards, and confidence they need to succeed. What You'll Do

• Travel to Monarch communities nationwide (up to 75%) to train, mentor, and support maintenance technicians during new hires first 90 days and beyond.
• Deliver hands-on, real-world training in make-readies, appliance repair, plumbing, drywall/paint, HVAC, pool operations, and basic electrical.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on multifamily maintenance experience.
• CPO certification and EPA 608 certification (2+ years hands-on experience with each).
• Deep knowledge of drywall/painting, plumbing (including brazing and soldering copper), electrical, appliance repair, water heaters, and HVAC/boiler systems.
• A knack for explaining things clearly, you can break down a repair for a brand-new tech and a seasoned pro alike.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and you’re ready to travel via car, plane, or whatever gets you to the next site.
• A love of mentoring people and the patience to help someone else get it right.

On the Road

This role travels, a lot. Expect to be on-site with maintenance teams nationwide up to 75% of the time, traveling by car, shuttle, train, or plane as needed. If you like variety, new properties, and being the go-to expert wherever you land, you’ll thrive here.

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
