A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Jr-Mid-level IT Windows Administrator to join a growing team in Florida. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of IT experience, particularly in IT Service Provider roles. This onsite position offers a chance to elevate your IT support skills while working within a collaborative environment. Certifications like A+ or MCSE are preferred. U.S. Citizens and authorized workers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years’ experience in IT overall.
• 1+ years’ experience in IT Service Provider.
• 2+ years’ experience providing helpdesk services.
• Experience setting up Windows networks (Active Directory, file sharing, permissions, Exchange).
• Cisco firewall, IIS and web-facing server hardening experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide Windows server and network support in a managed services environment.
• Configure IIS and secure web-facing servers.
• Assist with PCI logging and reporting.
• Support high-availability setups (Hyper-V, mirroring, replication).

Our client is growing and looking to add a Jr-Mid-level IT Windows Administrator/Support person to their team. This is an opportunity where you can take your IT Support skills to the next level. Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is a big plus!!

Qualifications

• 3- 5+ years’ experience in IT overall
• 1+ years’ in IT Service Provider experience (MSP)
• 2+ years’ experience providing helpdesk services
• Cisco firewall
• IProuting
• IIS configuration
• Windows server security & lockdown for web-facing servers
• PCI tools, logging, reporting
• Clustering and other High-availability setups, including Hyper-V, mirroring, replication, etc.
• Fluent English / Spanish is a plus
• Achieved or pursuing degree (AA/AS/BS) in on information technology related program
• Certifications, one or more of the following: A+, N+, MCSE, MCSA, MCTIP…
• Experience setting up and/or supporting windows, network in a proactive business environment (Active directory, file sharing, file/share permissions, exchange)
