Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Jr. Marketing Specialist – Contract – New York, NY – $30.00 - $40.00/hr.

Our client is seeking a Jr. Marketing Specialist in New York, NY.

Role Description

We're looking for someone to:

  1. Support marketing initiatives and campaigns for Global Banking, Global Markets and IB Conferences.
  2. Oversee the development and maintenance of marketing collateral including design, approvals, and distribution.
  3. Develop content for LinkedIn, generating new ideas to improve performance and impact.
  4. Regularly monitor, review and report campaign performance to influence forward planning.
  5. Work cohesively within a global marketing organization comprised of strategy, conferences and events teams.
  6. Collaborate with internal partners across corporate communications, brand, press and media, web platforms, external agency partners, and third party events.

You’ll be working in the Marketing Execution team within the Investment Bank in New York.

Skills & Requirements
  1. 3-5 years of experience in financial services marketing, preferably for institutional, B2B or B2B2C clients.
  2. Previous experience at a global bank, asset manager, or marketing agency focused on financial services.
  3. Strong project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  4. The ability to keep up to speed on industry trends to suggest new ideas.
  5. An eye for design and branding.
  6. Strong digital marketing capabilities with the ability to measure, interpret and summarise marketing analytics.
  7. A hunger to learn with the initiative to find answers and fill in the gaps.
  8. A collaborative team player with a 'can do' proactive approach.
  9. Curious to learn about the Investment Bank and our products with a passion for sustainability.
  10. Able to build strong, trusted relationships with clear and concise communication.
  11. Organized with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
  12. A self-starter with sound judgment regarding effective marketing and communication strategies.
