Role of Lead Teachers:

Lead teachers coordinate daily classroom operations, plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment. They work directly with children and parents daily to deliver quality customer service.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• Completion of state-required pre-service training.
• Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. for child safety and emergency situations. Infant and Toddler teachers should be able to lift infants into and out of cribs.
• Meet background check requirements.
