Job summary

GoTeez Clothing Company in Alcoa, TN is seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer to create print-ready graphics for apparel, signage and promotional products. This role blends creative problem-solving with production-ready artwork and adherence to brand guidelines.

You will work on-site Mon–Fri, collaborating with production and sales teams to build a portfolio through diverse projects. Proficiency in Illustrator and/or Photoshop is required, with a strong eye for typography and layout.

We’re looking for a creative, technically sharp Jr. Graphic Designer who can take an original design (or customer supplied design) and turn it into print-ready files for our production team. This role combines creative problem-solving with an opportunity to design custom artwork for apparel, signage, promotional products, and more.

This is an on-site position in our Alcoa, TN office. Remote applications will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Create custom graphics for screen printing and signage projects
• Prepare customer-supplied artwork in a variety of formats

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop
• General understanding of the screen printing and print processes a plus
• Strong sense of typography, composition, and hierarchy
• A creative problem-solver who can work within brand guidelines
• Organized and able to handle multiple projects
• Portfolio or work samples required
