Qualifications

• Proven experience operating an automatic screen printing press.
• <140 chars; ensure ink, mesh counts, and color matching are understood.
• Able to read and follow job specs and production orders.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses.
• Manage multi-color registrations and ensure print accuracy.
• Perform screen changes, color matching, and press adjustments as needed.
• Maintain consistent print quality throughout production runs.
• Train and support Press Assistants on proper technique.
• Troubleshoot press issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Communicate production progress and flag any delays.
