Job summary

TSHIRT'S PLACE GREENE is seeking a Graphic Design & Production Assistant to support production tasks and graphic design needs for client projects. Based onsite in Dayton, OH, you will work with DTF printers and embroidery machines, preparing artwork for manufacturing and ensuring quality.

You will edit with Photoshop and Illustrator, collaborate with the team, and help with machine setup, calibration, and maintenance to deliver production-ready results.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).
• Experience in printing or garment decoration is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on color and layout.
• Fast learner who is reliable and motivated to build technical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate DTF printers and embroidery machines, with an emphasis on learning and maintaining day-to-day functionality.
• Prepare, review, and adjust artwork files for printing and embroidery applications.
• Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for editing, color correction, and layout preparation.
• Coordinate with the design and production team to translate client ideas into production-ready work.

The role is based onsite in Dayton, OH and focuses on preparing print-ready and embroidery-ready artwork, operating production equipment, and maintaining consistent quality.

Role Overview

Compensation and Location

$14.00 per hour (USD 14 - 14 per hourly). This is an in-person role at Dayton, OH onsite.

Education

A Degree in Graphic Design (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred) is requested.
