The Opportunity:
Are you ready to energize your career in electrical design? We’re looking for an Electrical Designer to join a growing team passionate about building smarter, safer, and more efficient spaces. You’ll design electrical systems for commercial and multifamily buildings, working with cutting-edge tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and Visual Lighting Software. This role is perfect for someone with 1–5 years of experience, but we’re open to strong candidates with up to 10 years under their Belt — especially if you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Design and draft power and lighting systems using Revit and AutoCAD
· Perform load calculations, circuit layouts, and ensure compliance with and local electrical codes
· Develop one-line diagrams and contribute to low voltage and lighting control system documentation
· Collaborate with mechanical, plumbing, and architectural teams for seamless project integration
· Use Visual lighting software to conduct photometric studies and validate lighting layouts
· Prepare construction documents, specifications, and submittal packages for permitting and construction
What You Bring:
· Hands-on experience in Revit and AutoCAD (non-negotiable)
· Solid background in MEP electrical design — preferably for multifamily and commercial buildings
· Working knowledge of power distribution, low voltage systems, and lighting controls
· Familiarity with load analysis tools and photometric/lighting design software (Visual )
· Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Bachelor’s is a plus but not required)
