Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking an Exploitation Specialist/Data Steward (Junior Level) to work in our St. Louis, MO location. This offer is contingent upon Prime and government customer acceptance, validation of appropriate clearances, and approval from a cognizant government contracting officer.

After customer indoctrination, the candidate will be submitted for a Counterintelligence Polygraph. The Data Steward focuses on SFP data quality, investigates quality and integrity issues using statistics,

Qualifications

• US Citizen and TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance required.
• Working knowledge of ArcGIS suite (ArcGIS, ArcSDE, ArcPro).
• Experience in data mining, cleansing and exploring spatial, temporal, and non-spatial data.
• Familiarity with data science libraries and APIs.
• Remote sensing expertise: EO, SAR, MASINT, IR, LiDAR.
• 2+ years GEOINT intelligence experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate data quality and integrity issues using applied statistics and algorithms.
• Communicate complex results to non-technical audiences.
• Support data stewardship for SFP data and ensure quality across datasets.

Everforth ECS is seeking an Exploitation Specialist/Data Steward (Junior Level) to work in our St. Louis, MO location. This offer is contingent upon Prime and government customer acceptance, validation of appropriate clearances, and approval from a cognizant government contracting officer. After customer indoctrination, the candidate will be submitted for a Counterintelligence Polygraph. Provide the FG NOX (SFP) with data steward support. The Data Steward is primarily focused on SFP data quality and investigates quality and integrity issues using applied statistics, building algorithms, and collaborating with domain expertise to convey complicated realities to non-technical audiences.

Job Requirements

• Excel in a fast-paced work environment, while multi-tasking.
• Highly skilled and effective communicator.
• Experienced with intelligence operations focusing on the TCPED (Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination) process.

Required Skills

• US Citizen.
• TS/SCI w/CI Poly.
• Working knowledge of ArcGIS, ArcSDE, ArcPro.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in data mining, cleansing, and exploring spatial, temporal, and non-spatial data in both structured and unstructured formats.
• Familiarity with: common data science libraries and frameworks, plus:
  • PostgreSQL, Postgis, PgAdmin.
  • Application programming interfaces (APls).
  • Remote sensing expertise - EO, SAR, MASINT, IR, and LiDAR.
• High School Diploma and 2+ years of GEOINT Intelligence experience.

Desired Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and/or Geography/GEOINT.
• Experience with workflow management systems, such as Flowable.
• Working knowledge of Maplnfo/ MapBasic GIS/ database software.
• Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau.
• 2+ years' experience in programming languages such as Python or R (statistical analysis), data preprocessing, and basic machine learning algorithms.
