Everforth ECS is seeking a SeniorPolicy Analyst, to work at our St. Louis, MO customer site.

Note: This position is contingent upon contract award and final acceptance by government customer.

The Senior Policy Analyst role is a broad and multifaceted, spanning strategic, technical, and administrative domains. The core of these positions involved researching, analyzing, and evaluating the impact of changing mission needs and organizational practices to develop, update, and recommend policies. The role's breadth is demonstrated through various specializations, including high-level strategic planning and business analysis for executive management; detailed IT and cybersecurity policy management, including compliance with standards such as NIST SP 800-53; and managing the public and foreign partner release of intelligence, which requires deep knowledge of disclosure and redaction policies. This role can also involve developing and managing interagency agreements, supporting personnel in overseas environments, and effectively communicating and tracking all policies for compliance.

The Senior Policy Analyst will advise and assist with strategic planning, policy, and business analysis, with a focus on providing expert strategic- and operational-level assistance. The contractor will provide business management and strategy support to synchronize GEOINT analytic activities and resources across NGA and its partners. The Senior Policy Analyst will review, document, and create agency-level policies in accordance with senior leadership direction, the DoW, and the IC. The Senior Policy Analyst may also be responsible for developing practices and processes for policy management, international and partner agreements, cross-agency support agreements, disclosure, and release.

Duties May Include:

• Support executive management, processes, leadership, and reporting.
• Support NGA requirements and executive management, processes, leadership, and reporting.
• Support Mission Management strategy, development, and execution.
• Develop strategy documentation and guidance to support management processes.
• Facilitate cross-office engagements and requirements planning needs.
• Identify and provide support to business processes and improvements.
• Provide business analytics, metrics, or other analysis to measure success.
• Advise the Government in establishing mission goals and objectives.
• Lead development of strategic planning, business analytics, and operational or performance assessments to help improve the mission and management.
• Facilitate and moderate daily, weekly, and monthly small to large senior-level groups for activities across the NSG and ASG.
• Advise on process/management improvement recommendations and facilitate quality improvement efforts.
• Translate strategic directives or policy into operational specifications.
• Provide assessment and recommendations of new policy or management changes.
• Active TS/SCI with willingness and ability to pass CI Poly
• Master’s degree in Business or Management or a related field
• A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience with business analytics and metrics reporting, to include program management concepts, processes, and execution
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate solution
• Highly developed interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with a diverse set of stakeholders (from peers to end-users to executive management)
• Demonstrated experience with intelligence product lines, production systems/processes, and data sets, to include regional operational intelligence priorities, national strategic intelligence priorities, and related decision-making processes
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
