V Opco, LLC, trading under Vince, seeks a Planning & Allocation professional in New York, NY. The role involves creating initial size allocations, collaborating with buyers, and managing replenishments to optimize sales and inventory turns.

The ideal candidate has up to 2 years in allocation or related roles, strong Excel skills, and ability to work across teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of assist allocation, planning, buying or relative experience.
• Able to organize and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross functionally in a collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical/mathematical skills — retail math experience a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Create initial allocations by size in partnership with Allocator, across both Full Price & Outlet Stores.
• Collaborate with buyer during monthly allocation meetings to review allocation of new product.
• Perform in season replenishment to stores to maximize sales and inventory turn goals.
• Analyze store performance and volume to understand store selling patterns.
• Analyze and understand store size selling patterns to distribute product efficiently by size.
• Work with distribution center to ensure timely weekly shipments of new and replenishment.
• Meet with Store Managers on a monthly basis to understand specific business needs and customer patterns.
• Execute monthly Full Price to Outlet transfers of excess inventory.
• Execute monthly data clean up.
• Execute weekly and ad hoc reporting
