We are looking for a Jr. Accountant to join our team! We seek a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk to support our finance department.

Responsibilities:

1. Process and accurately record incoming payments using our accounting software.
2. Prepare and send invoices to clients promptly.
3. Address customer and vendor inquiries related to billing issues and payment discrepancies.
4. Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts receivable and payable balances.
5. Assist in preparing financial reports related to AR and AP.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting or related fields.
• Proficiency in Cargo Wise accounting software.
• Experience with current accounting programs and reporting tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Attention to accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

Language:

• Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

Experience:

• At least 3 years in accounting.
• Preferred: 3 years' experience with Microsoft Excel.
