Wellington at Hershey's Mill, a Senior Lifestyle community, is seeking an energetic team member to assist the Resident Programs Director in planning and coordinating recreational activities for residents. You will help run programs, engage residents in events, and ensure smooth transportation where needed.

The role emphasizes openness, enthusiasm for fun activities, clear communication, and a patient, flexible approach to guiding participants through activities and directions.

Qualifications

• No programming experience required.
• Must communicate clearly in English.
• Active, valid driver’s license.
• Enthusiastic about fun activities and getting others to participate.
• Patient, helpful and flexible with others when explaining directions and answering questions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities.
• Encourage residents to participate in programs and activities and provide transportation to them as needed.
• Lead various activities as directed by the Resident Programs Director.
• Order and maintain supplies for activities as needed.
