ElevatEd is seeking a Pre‑K Teacher for either full-time or part-time work. Location is on-site, with hours 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, offering a salary range of $42,000–$62,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

The role focuses on building foundational literacy, math, science, and social‑emotional skills through play, collaboration with families, and a strong classroom routine. We value growth, mentorship, and a positive school culture.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching preschool or Pre-K.
• Understanding of child development and readiness for kindergarten.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences across literacy, math, science, art, and social-emotional development.
• Foster independence, problem-solving, creativity, and confidence in children.
• Observe and document learning to guide curriculum planning.
• Communicate regularly with families to build partnerships.
• Maintain a warm, organized, inclusive classroom environment.
• Lead the graduating class and support families during this milestone.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create meaningful learning experiences.
• Engage in professional learning and refine teaching practices.
