Job summary

Alpha reimagines early childhood education and is hiring a full-time Lead Pre‑K teacher to foster a joyful, safe, play‑based classroom in Manhattan, New York, or Chicago. You will design rich learning experiences that build early literacy and numeracy while nurturing emotional safety and curiosity.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or higher required or valid U.S. teaching license/certification.
Experience teaching ages 3–5 in a play-based classroom.
Ability to document milestones using a structured framework (e.g., Teaching Strategies GOLD, ASQ, HighScope COR).
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
