Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and report significant changes.
- Develop and implement patient care plans under supervision.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options.
- Perform basic life support as needed.
- Assist with routine lab tests and sterile processing of equipment.
- Support pain management strategies for patients.
- Care for geriatric patients ensuring comfort and safety.
- Document care in Epic EHR.
