Auntie Anne's in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Team Member to bring the brand's mission to life one pretzel at a time. Earn $10.00–$12.00 per hour with flexible 20-40 hour weeks, and join a team focused on friendly guest service and quality baked goods. No experience required; paid training provided.

You'll bake, serve, operate the register, and help keep the store clean while following food safety guidelines. Growth opportunities and benefits may be available, including uniforms and discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• 0-1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins).
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems.
• Ability to taste test products for quality.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
