Auntie Anne's is seeking reliable Team Members to greet guests, bake, and serve freshly made pretzels with friendly, professional service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, support teammates, and maintain a clean, food-safe workspace.

This role offers flexible scheduling (20–40 hours per week), paid training, uniform provisions, and employee discounts. Prior food-service experience is helpful, but not required. TB clearance may be required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work weekends, including Saturday or Sunday.
• Demonstrated punctuality and reliability.
• Able to communicate scheduling conflicts and work with the team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with friendly, professional service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes.
• Operate registers and handle cash and transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Support teammates during busy periods and follow brand standards.
