Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a friendly Dining Server to deliver courteous, resident-focused service in our community dining rooms. You will help create memorable dining experiences and work well within a team.

Responsibilities include taking and delivering orders, setting up and cleaning dining areas, assisting with meal presentation, and ensuring dietary needs are respected while maintaining sanitation standards. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous dining services or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous dining service to residents and guests by accurately taking and delivering orders.
• Set up and clean dining areas before and after meal service.
• Assist with meal preparation and presentation under kitchen staff guidance.
• Ensure dietary restrictions and special requests are accommodated.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and food preparation areas.
• Engage with residents to create a warm and social dining atmosphere.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
