Job summary

Autism From The Start in Lenexa, KS is seeking dedicated ABA Technicians to provide Applied Behavior Analysis to young children with autism under the supervision of a board certified analyst. You will work one-on-one with children up to kindergarten age using play-based ABA to build communication and social skills.

We support your growth, helping you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as required by insurers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ABA to children with autism.
• Ability to work one-on-one with young children on the spectrum.
• Willingness to pursue Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
• Physical ability to lift and assist children during therapy sessions.
• Prior experience with toddlers and preschoolers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA intervention directly to children through kindergarten age.
• Work under the supervision of board-certified behavior analysts.
• Take data on progress toward goals.
• Provide positive behavior supports to reduce unwanted behaviors.
• Utilize relationship-based techniques to engage children.
