Job summary

Autism From The Start® is a playful, purpose-driven early intervention center for children with autism. We are currently seeking individuals to join our teams and provide Applied Behavior Analysis to sweet, young children.

We will assist you in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), as required by insurance payors. Technicians work under the guidance of a board certified and licensed behavior analyst, delivering ABA interventions to children through kindergarten using various

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, education, communications disorders, or child development.
• Experience delivering one-on-one ABA with young children preferred.
• Data collection on progress toward goals.
• Positive behavior supports to reduce unwanted behaviors.
• Relationship-based techniques to increase engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA intervention directly to children through kindergarten age under supervision.
• Use playfulness and genuine connection with children during therapy.
• Implement ABA programs to teach skills and improve engagement.
• Take data on progress toward goals and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide positive behavior supports to reduce challenging behaviors.
