Job summary

Autism From The Start is seeking dedicated ABA technicians to provide intervention to young children with autism under the supervision of board certified analysts. You will engage with toddlers and preschoolers through play-based ABA and help families reach developmental goals.

A bachelor’s degree is required, with preferred experience in one-on-one work with children on the spectrum. The company supports the RBT credential and offers a collaborative, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and prior one-on-one experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Experience with toddlers and preschoolers is essential.
• Technicians will work under the guidance and supervision of a board certified and licensed behavior analysts.
• Pursuing Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is supported.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA intervention directly to children through the age of kindergarten using a variety of methodologies.
• Maintain engaging, play-based interactions to support learning and behavior goals.
• Collect and track progress data on individual goals.
• Utilize relationship-based techniques to increase and maintain active engagement.
