Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, education, communications disorders, or child development.
• Experience with one-on-one intervention with young children.
• Ability to follow behavior intervention programs and collect progress data.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification with provided training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA intervention directly to children through the age of kindergarten.
• Work under the supervision of board-certified behavior analysts.
• Take data on progress toward goals and adjust as needed.
• Engage with children using play-based, relationship-centered techniques.
