Qualifications

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
• While no formal education or work experience is required, previous guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant or retail store is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with genuine warmth and determine interests to guide recommendations.
• Educate guests about NbC cake options, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations (balloons, candles, cards).
• Process orders accurately using the POS system and invite guests to NbC Email Club.
• Maintain clean, organized displays and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
