Nothing Bundt Cakes in the United States is seeking a Guest Service Representative, dubbed Joy Creator, to greet guests warmly and guide celebrations from order to pickup. You will learn NbC’s Sweet Steps of Service, educate customers on cake options, and upsell complementary items in a fast-paced bakery setting.

The role emphasizes delivering joy, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and representing NbC core values through friendly interactions and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Exhibits high energy and strong interpersonal skills; is friendly, helpful, positive, patient, socially confident and communicative.
• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older. No formal education or work experience required, but guest service experience is a plus.
• Must have flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests warmly to determine needs and ensure a superior guest experience.
• Educate guests on NbC cake options, sizes, flavors, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations (balloons, candles, cards).
• Process guest orders accurately using the POS system and invite joining the NbC Email Club.
• Maintain clean, organized bakery presentation and replenish display cases.
• Assist with cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Follow health, safety guidelines and NbC policies; maintain attendance and punctuality.
