Nothing Bundt Cakes #104 is seeking a Joy Creator (Guest Service Team Member) to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced bakery environment. You will greet guests, help them choose cakes and gifts, and ensure orders are fulfilled with warmth and care.

Responsibilities include processing payments with our POS, answering phones, taking cake orders, and decorating cakes for presentation. A friendly, detail-oriented team player is essential for daily success and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Assist guests with selecting cakes, gifts, and party solutions for every celebration.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Answer phones, take cake orders, and provide product recommendations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bakery environment.
• Restock retail merchandise, packaging, and front-of-house supplies.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Work collaboratively with the bakery team to ensure every guest receives outstanding service.
