Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Joy Creator to warmly greet guests, help them order cakes for celebrations, and ensure orders run smoothly. You will educate guests on cake options, promote add-on merchandise, and keep the bakery clean and visually appealing.

You will process orders using the POS system, follow health and safety rules, and assist with cake decorations and packaging as needed. Early shifts and strong attendance are valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests warmly and determine interests and needs.
• Maintain product knowledge to educate guests on cake options and promotions.
• Suggest party merchandise to complete celebrations (balloons, candles, cards).
• Process orders accurately using the POS system and invite guests to join Email Club.
• Keep bakery clean and organized, including cleaning surfaces and displays.
• Restock merchandise and cake display cases to maintain visuals.
• Assist Crafter with decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and adhere to dress code and hygiene rules.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
