Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International seeks professionals to support analytical workflows and data products for Department of Defense programs. You will use Palantir Foundry, Jira, and Confluence to enable analytics, automation, and decision‑making.

The role requires 100% on-site work in a Government SCIF, TS/SCI eligibility with clearances, and frequent travel CONUS/OCONUS as needed. A TS/SCI with Caveats is anticipated for some duties.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in any field.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry, Jira, Confluence, or Mattermost preferred.
• Familiarity with HAF staff processes and Air Force governance workflows preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in any field.
• CompTIA Security+ (Basic level) required.
• (ISC)² SSCP (Basic level) required.
• Active Top Secret clearance on Day 1 and ability to obtain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Caveats.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Watermark, a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business founded by USAF veterans in 2007, specializes in security and risk management for Department of Defense programs.

In this role you will:

• Support analytical workflow enablement, sustainment, and scaling of data products across the Mission Assurance enterprise.
• Utilize enterprise data platform capabilities (e.g., Palantir, Jira, Confluence) to support analytics, automation, and decision‑making.
• Support configuration and use of Government‑directed data platform capabilities to enable data analysis, monitoring, reporting, and automation.

Experience Requirements

• Prior experience in Air Force SSO / executive support roles preferred.

Certification Requirements

• CompTIA Security+ (Basic level) (required).
• (ISC)² SSCP (Basic level) (required).

Security Clearance Requirements

• Active/current Top Secret clearance on Day 1 of performance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Caveats.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Other Requirements

• Ability to work 100% on‑site within a Government SCIF during core duty hours.
• CONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior).
• OCONUS travel may be required (e.g., EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior, with Theater Business Clearances).
• Local travel within the National Capital Region may be required.
• Trip and After‑Action Reports are required following each trip.
• May be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 pounds.
• May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time.
• Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings.
• Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Position is contingent on contract award.
