Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International LLC is seeking a Journeyman Workflow Support Specialist - Sr Staff Officer to support analytical workflow enablement and data platform use for the Mission Assurance enterprise, on-site within a Government SCIF in the National Capital Region.

The role requires 3–10 years of experience, Top Secret clearance on day one, a Bachelor's degree, and certifications (CompTIA Security+ and (ISC)² SSCP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• CompTIA Security+ (Basic level) required.
• (ISC)² SSCP (Basic level) required.
• Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support analytical workflow enablement, sustainment, and scaling of data products across the Mission Assurance enterprise.
• Utilize enterprise data platform capabilities (e.g., Palantir, Jira, Confluence) to support analytics, automation, and decision‑making.
• Support configuration and use of Government‑directed data platform capabilities to enable data analysis, monitoring, reporting, and automation.
• Provide office workflow support to senior Air Force headquarters staff offices, including SSO administration, coordination, and meeting support (added duty).
• Facilitate Video Teleconferences up to the Top Secret level for supported staff offices (added duty).
• Additional duties as assigned.

Journeyman Workflow Support Specialist - Sr Staff Officer

In this role you will…

• Support analytical workflow enablement, sustainment, and scaling of data products across the Mission Assurance enterprise

Experience Requirements:

• 3–10 years in any career field, discipline, or industry
• Experience with Palantir Foundry, Jira, Confluence, or Mattermost preferred
• Familiarity with HAF staff processes and Air Force governance workflows preferred
• Prior experience in Air Force SSO / executive support roles preferred

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in any field

Certification Requirements:

• CompTIA Security+ (Basic level) (required)
• (ISC)² SSCP (Basic level) (required)

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performance
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Caveats
• U.S. Citizenship required

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hours
• CONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior)
• OCONUS travel may be required (e.g., EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior, with Theater Business Clearances)
• Local travel within the National Capital Region may be required
• Trip and After-Action Reports are required following each trip
• May be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 pounds
• May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time
• Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings
• Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism
• Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
