Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International, LLC in the National Capital Region seeks a Journeyman Mission Support Specialist with Top Secret clearance to coordinate DoD assessments and manage mission assurance end-to-end.

The role requires 3–10 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in any field, and on-site work in Arlington, VA. Travel to CONUS/OCONUS may be required; the company offers a competitive benefits package and a robust compensation program.

• Background in assessment/evaluation planning or project coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, support, and manage Mission Assurance assessments end-to-end.
• Maintain and update the Integrated Assessment Schedule (IAS) to ensure assessment timelines are met.
• Coordinate assessment activities with Combatant Commands, MAJCOMs, installations, the Joint Staff, OSD, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics and data gathering for assessment site visits.
• Support assessment reporting, feedback, and after-action processes.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Journeyman Mission Support Specialist

In this role you will...

Security Clearance Requirements

• Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performance
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Caveats
• U.S. Citizenship required

Position is Contingent on Contract Award

Other Requirements

• Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hours
• CONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior)
• OCONUS travel may be required (e.g., EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior, with Theater Business Clearances)
• Local travel within the National Capital Region may be required
• Trip and After-Action Reports are required following each trip
• May be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 pounds
• May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time
• Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings
• Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism
• Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

The anticipated compensation range for this position is$100,000-300,000.

Multiple considerations are taken into account when determining the final salary/hour rate, including but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, education and certifications, relevant work experience, related skills and competencies, as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
