• High school diploma or equivalent; welding training or apprenticeship preferred
• 3+ years of structural steel welding experience
• D1.1 SMAW 3G/4G certification preferred
• Skilled in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, tools, and safety procedures
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong teamwork, communication, and physical stamina

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate structural steel components (beams, columns, trusses)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
