Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group in Ellwood City, PA is seeking a Journeyman Technician with Chrysler/Stellantis experience. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles to factory standards, building customer trust through reliable service, and contributing to a high-performance shop environment.

We offer a potential pay range of $40–$60 per hour, with incentives and top-flat-rate hours. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid training, and paid vacation, among others.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Journeyman Technician.
• Self-starter, process-driven mindset.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
